Thai Massage
Thai massage uses compression and stretching techniques to improve your flexibility and disrupt poor posture. Sometimes referred to as “lazy person’s yoga”, you can expect to leave feeling energized and focused, instead of sleepy and sedated. This modality is performed clothed - which allows for a greater variety in positioning - and will be performed on a traditional floor mat, unless you have a strong preference to use the massage table. I will be using my feet, knees, forearms, and hands. Recommended for people who are largely sedentary, work at a desk, and/or prefer to not remove clothing. Medium pressure.
Sarga Bodywork
This is a fairly deep, super slow, almost meditative massage that is great for regulating the nervous system. This particular form of barefoot massage is unique in that the practitioner uses a silk strap attached to the massage table in order to balance and add tensional force. For the majority of the massage I will be standing on the table in order to deliver pressure with my feet, however some techniques will be applied from the ground or while I am seated at the head of the table. Recommended for people who want focus on large muscle groups, enjoy deeper pressure, or want to feel more grounded. Firm pressure.
Therapeutic Massage
This is an integrated massage that combines all of the techniques I am versed in. You can expect broad, gliding Swedish strokes, trigger point work, reflexology, compression, and assisted stretching techniques to be used. Depending on what will best serve you this can be a relaxation massage for stress and anxiety reduction, or more focused work for chronic pain management. Recommended if you are seeking relaxation, are new to massage, or are looking for detailed work on a particular area. Medium pressure.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very light manual therapy used to encourage the flow of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. This service is different than massage. Specific hand placements are applied in a particular order, with no lubricant - it is not a light Swedish massage, "body contouring", or wood therapy. MLD can help increase lymph production, reduce edema (inflammation), increase blood circulation, reduce pain, and is rather soothing. Recommended if you have edema due to a recent surgery or any other reason, have fibromyalgia or chronic pain, or are seeking relaxation. Light pressure.
Prenatal Massage
During your massage you will be situated in a comfortable side-lying or semi-reclined position, with ample bolstering to ensure your and baby’s comfort and safety. Your massage will be customized depending on which trimester you are in and any symptoms or risk factors you are presenting. If your prenatal care provider considers your pregnancy to be high-risk, please contact me before making an appointment. Medium pressure.

Elevate your experience with…
CBD Balm
Using CBD products can provide fast-acting pain relief in muscles and joints. In addition, CBD products can help to aid in relaxation and anxiety reduction. I use are full-spectrum, whole plant CBD extracts made with all organic ingredients, made by ZOMA Tonics.
Cupping
Cupping is an ancient form of Chinese bodywork that utilizes silicone or plastic cups to exert negative pressure on areas of the body. The result is similar to massage, but different in that it creates space between the tissues. Cups can either be applied in a stationary fashion or moved dynamically throughout the massage to encourage blood and lymph flow.
Faux Facial
Enjoy a luxurious facial experience, without the active ingredients. Jojoba oil will be used for a deeply nourishing facial massage, including gentle exfoliation, facial cupping, gua sha, and two hot towels. Adds 15 minutes, $35.
Sound Bath
Enjoy an immersive sound bath experience with Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls. Once we have concluded, I will re-ground you with gentle compressions. Perfect for anyone who prefers a slower transition out of their massage session. Adds 15 minutes, $35.
Sugar Scrub
Hot towels and a nourishing sugar scrub will be massaged into your skin to eliminate dry, itchy skin and callouses. Choose to have this treatment applied to your back or your feet and lower legs. Option to add peppermint essential oil. Adds 15 minutes, $35.
